Well equipped for hands-on instruction - Milan Institute of Cosmetology provides both theory and practical instruction. The clinical area is well equipped for hands-on instruction in all areas of cosmetology. A library/media source area offers books and videotapes on cosmetology basics, as well as on more advanced areas of this field of study. Additional theory assistance is available on a one-on-one basis.

As a graduate of the Milan Institute Esthetician/Facialist program you will have the skills in a variety of modern spa services including Makeup (application, composition etc.), Bacteriology, Facials, Hair Removal, and more!

The Instructor course is designed to prepare the licensed cosmetologist for licensure and employment as an instructor of cosmetology as prescribed by Texas state law.

One of the largest areas of growth in the beauty industry is nail care. Properly trained and licensed manicurists are in demand. Our Manicurist program offers the student both the theory and practical skills necessary to meet the state licensing requirements. Students will learn about and be able to perform manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, tips, polish, chemicals, art and more.
